تهدف هذه الاستبانة إلى تشخيص الاحتياجات المهنية والتدريبية والإدارية للهيئة التدريسية بأسلوب منهجي دقيق، بما يُسهم في بناء خطة تطوير مهني قائمة على الأدلة، ومتوافقة مع معايير الجودة المؤسسية وأطر التميز المعتمدة. لكل معلمة استجابة واحدة يمكن تحديثها لاحقًا بإعادة فتح هذا الرابط.

This survey is designed to systematically diagnose the professional, training, and administrative needs of the teaching staff, in order to inform an evidence-based professional development plan aligned with institutional quality standards and recognized excellence frameworks. Each teacher has one response, which can be updated later by reopening this link.
